Victoria Symphony Splash returns after five years for BC Day 2025. This popular summer event will take place on August 2 and 3, marking the 85th anniversary of the Victoria Symphony Association.

The event will offer four live orchestral shows over two days. Performances will be held on the famous barge stage in Victoria’s Inner Harbour. The Victoria Symphony and The National Youth Orchestra of Canada will both perform.

Special guests will include JUNO-nominated Indigenous singers Celeigh Cardinal and Shawnee Kish. Also joining the show is BC Hall of Fame percussionist Sal Ferreras with his Latin Jazz Sextet. Cuban singer Adonis Puentes will feature with the Sextet.

Victoria Symphony Splash promises a rich mix of classical music, Indigenous voices, and Latin jazz. This makes it a key highlight of the summer arts scene in British Columbia.

The event marks the return of a beloved tradition after a pause of five years. It celebrates the Victoria Symphony’s long history and community connection.

The Inner Harbour’s barge stage is well-known for hosting outdoor concerts that blend music with the stunning waterfront view. This setting adds a special feel to the performances.

Victoria Symphony Splash is expected to draw large crowds from across the region. It offers a free, family-friendly way to enjoy high-quality live music outdoors
