White Rock RCMP are seeking public assistance after a sexual assault allegedly occurred in broad daylight Friday morning. The incident took place around 10 a.m. near the stairs in the 14900 block of Prospect Avenue. Police were notified around 11:30 a.m. that the victim had been punched and groped by a stranger.
