Campbell River RCMP are asking for public assistance to locate Morgan Drew, who has been missing since September 29.

Drew is described as a 50-year-old Caucasian man, standing 6’3″ tall and weighing 200 pounds. He has short brown and grey hair and green eyes. Authorities say it is unusual for Drew to be out of contact for this long, raising concerns for his health and well-being.

Police have information suggesting that Drew may be traveling toward the Pacific Rim area, including Tofino, Ucluelet, and Long Beach. He is believed to be driving a grey 2001 Volkswagen Golf with B.C. licence plate NN035R.

RCMP are urging anyone who sees Drew or his vehicle to contact local police immediately. Tips can also be reported anonymously through Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.

Friends and family have expressed concern, noting that being out of touch for this duration is highly unusual for Drew. Authorities emphasize the importance of timely information from the public to ensure his safety.

Police are continuing their investigation and patrolling areas where Drew is believed to be heading. They advise residents to remain vigilant and report any sightings or relevant details to assist in the search.

Campbell River RCMP stated that all tips will be treated seriously and could be vital in locating Drew quickly. They urge anyone with information, no matter how minor it may seem, to come forward.

The search for Drew highlights the importance of community support in missing person cases. Authorities hope that public cooperation will lead to his safe return.
