Vancouver’s very own Seth Rogen is back in the spotlight—this time not just for laughs, but for bites too. The beloved comedian stars in a new episode of Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner, a Netflix series hosted by chef David Chang. The episode, now streaming, shows Rogen and Chang eating and laughing their way through the streets of Vancouver.

The show follows a simple idea: one city, one guest, and three meals. In this case, Rogen leads the way through his hometown. Born and raised in Vancouver, the actor shares not only his favorite food spots but also some of his personal memories of the city.

In the first few minutes of the episode, Chang talks about why he chose Rogen for the show. He says Rogen knows Vancouver “incredibly well” and can show a side of the city that most people never see. He also jokes that many of the plans might involve smoking weed, given Rogen’s well-known love of cannabis.

From that point on, the two dive into a food-filled journey packed with jokes, deep talks, and, yes, a few clouds of smoke. Their first stop? A local diner where they grab breakfast and talk about growing up in the city. Rogen shares stories about his childhood, his rise to fame, and why Vancouver still feels like home.

As the day goes on, they visit several popular food spots across the city. From Asian noodles to local pastries, every bite tells a story. Rogen’s excitement is clear in every scene. He talks about how proud he is of Vancouver’s food culture and how much it has grown over the years.

The show doesn’t only focus on food. It also offers small glimpses into Rogen’s personality and values. He talks openly about fame, his career, and what makes him happy. Chang, who is both host and friend, listens and laughs along, creating a relaxed and fun vibe.

What makes the episode special is the chemistry between the two stars. Their friendship feels natural. Whether they’re walking downtown or sitting at a table, they joke like old friends and give viewers a front-row seat to their adventure.

For Chang, the trip is more than just a visit. He says he was nervous at first but quickly felt at ease thanks to Rogen’s humor and honesty. By the end, both stars seem grateful for the experience.

Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner is not your usual travel show. It mixes food, fun, and famous faces to create something fresh. This episode with Rogen is a perfect mix of flavors and fun moments. It shows how a city’s culture and a person’s story can come together through food.

Fans of Rogen will enjoy seeing him in a different role—still funny, but also thoughtful and proud of his roots. And fans of food will get plenty of tasty stops to add to their own Vancouver wish lists.

The episode is now available on Netflix. Whether you’re a foodie, a fan of Rogen, or someone looking for a light-hearted travel story, this one is worth watching.
