Whistler Blackcomb is introducing new parking options for the upcoming 2025-26 winter season. The changes follow a successful trial of a carpool program last year and are aimed at making arrivals smoother and more flexible for guests.
The resort operator announced the updates in a press release on July 30. The improvements will affect parking from 6 a.m. to 11 a.m. on weekends, holiday Mondays, and during the peak festive period from December 27 to 31, 2025.
The new plan will include both reservation-based carpool parking and general parking in select resort-operated lots. These options are in addition to the existing first-come, first-served parking. There will also continue to be designated drop-off spaces for families participating in the Whistler Kids Snow School.
Importantly, all parking in the resort-owned lots will remain free.
These updates apply only to lots operated by the resort. Parking areas managed by the Resort Municipality of Whistler, such as skier day lots 1 to 5, are not affected by this announcement.
