Pitt Meadows city councillor Alison Evans has been recognized for her professional development in municipal leadership. Evans, a first-term councillor, completed the Level 1 Certificate in Local Government Leadership through the Local Government Leadership Academy (LGLA). A crash in Pitt Meadows on Saturday morning sent several people to the hospital. The accident happened around 9:30 a.m. on July 26, at the intersection of Park Road and Lougheed Highway.
